Returns

You have the right to return the products that you bought FOR FREE:

- In any case that it can be proven that POINT TECH was at fault (e.g. wrong product, mistake during the receipt of the order, mistake during invoicing).

- In any case of defective products whose warranty is covered by POINT TECH. In this case, the product is replaced immediately and the client is not charged extra.

Free returns do not apply for products such as phones, electronics etc., which are covered by warranties of third parties, such as the manufacturer of the product or their representative. The online store of POINT TECH does not accept the return of products that have been opened or used. Products that are returned must be in their initial condition, without damages on their package and in the condition in which they had been sent. Returns are accepted within 15 days. After the 15 days, returns are not accepted.
